Deborah has over 30 years’ program management delivery experience with financial, insurance and benefit management organizations. Within the last 10 years, Deborah shifted her focus to establish and lead a Program Management Office, initially through traditional Waterfall delivery and then a second time as she led her  organization through an Agile Transformation.

Deborah is passionate about delivering programs and products with a focus on maximizing business outcomes, while at the same time championing change in organizations to achieve business agility, an agile mindset and delight customers.

Deborah brings the unique experience of understanding the challenges of transformation and uses the learnings to develop delivery methods which drive results with an agile mindset and principles.
