We are hiring a Full-time Intermediate Agile Consultant to support our growing team. As part of our consulting team, you will work with our clients’ delivery teams to help transition existing work practices to agile ways of working. As an intermediate Agile Consultant, you will need to be a disciplined expert in agile practices with an eye for helping teams adopt new ways of working while rapidly delivering results for the business. This is definitely a balancing act. You will be responsible for providing coaching, training, and mentoring to our clients, while facilitating the adoption of an agile mindset.

If you’re an Agile or Lean consultant, who is passionate about agility because of the results it delivers, then this role is for you.  You revel in creating engaged, passionate team members who cannot imagine going back to traditional ways of working. But you demonstrate the performance of the teams with data – meeting hard data-driven objectives that demonstrate the power of organizational agility to our clients.

  • Support the planning and delivery of team uplift and accelerator programs
  • ‍Provide client facing support during implementation, and by sharing best practices and insights with a focus on the agile mindset and interactions with agile teams
  • Provide support for team delivery and product consulting
  • Assist with delivery frameworks, practices, and expertise to help clients develop an agile-oriented culture, and ensure the completion of all contract deliverables
  • Present strategies to provide clients with agile delivery approaches, which includes the development, maintenance and use of best practices, tools, templates, training materials and other content for agile implementation
  • Work with client leaders to facilitate, guide and model behaviour for leadership agility when working with delivery teams
  • Support an environment of collaborative teamwork built on collective accountability, constructive dialogue, and receptiveness to diverse perspectives
  • Utilize industry best practices, process improvement experience, and agile methodologies to help teams deliver business initiatives 
  • Guide and educate client organizations in applying agile principles and practices through their daily work in developing products
  •  Support the outbound communications through blogs, podcasts and video content sharing our thinking and experience
  • Assist with preparation of materials for conferences and community meetups
  • Participate in business development by identifying new opportunities and assisting with proposal development
  • Bachelor’s degree equivalent
  • At least 2 years of experience providing consulting services, business analysis, or similar in a corporate environment
  • Embodies the characteristics of an agile leader through collaboration and communication
  • Critical thinker with a systems approach to understanding delivery processes and team agility
  • Ability to delve into unique challenges and find creative people-friendly solutions
  • Excellent presentation skills. While working product is your primary measure of progress, you understand the value of documentation and bring a high standard of presentation and definition to your engagements
  • Humility. You know a learning organization starts with the recognition of what you don’t know and the value of learning from others
  • Inclusive and collaborative work style while creating fun and excitement
  • Able to operate with transparency and openness
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with experience delivering programs, training, and workshops that influence
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
  • Passionate problem solver and facilitator who succeeds in ambiguous situations

Nice to have:

  • Experience as Scrum Master, Product Owner, or team member on an agile project
  • One or more agile certifications
  • Practiced in organizational, cultural or digital transformation
