Junior Agile Consultant

We are hiring a Full-time Junior Agile Consultant to support our growing team. As part of our consulting team, you will work with our clients’ delivery teams to help transition existing work practices to agile ways of working. As a junior AgileConsultant, you will have excellent communication skills, and an ability to collaborate and support team members. You will be responsible for supporting the work of providing coaching, training, and mentoring to our clients, while facilitating the adoption of an agile mindset.

• Support the client delivery team by accelerator programs  
• Assist and support with delivery frameworks, practices, and expertise to help the client delivery team develop agile-oriented culture for their selected client groups
• Present strategies to intermediate and senior consultants with agile delivery approaches, which includes the development, maintenance and use of best practices, tools, templates, training materials and other content for agile implementation
• Performs research and investigation in support of engagements or business development opportunities
• Be a member of a collaborative team that is built on collective accountability, constructive dialogue, and receptiveness to diverse perspectives
• Utilize industry best practices, process improvement experience, and agile methodologies to help the delivery teams deliver business initiatives for their selected client group
• Provide support to the delivery team on the execution of engagements
• Captures meeting minutes and documents other internal and external documentation
• Participate in business development by helping with the creation of the proposal for business development, with content provided by senior team members

• Recent graduate with a bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Work experience in a team environment, collaborating with other team members
• Advanced computer skills: MS Office (Word, PowerPoint), Teams, SharePoint
• Knowledge or experience of a corporate tool for collaborations and/or operations: CRM, timesheets, document repository, or similar.
• Knowledge or experience of digital product delivery: project planning, software development, testing, customer support, etc.
• Experience creating presentation materials for communication and evaluation
• Critical thinker with a systems approach to understanding delivery processes and team agility
• Ability to delve into unique challenges and find creative people-friendly solutions
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail with an understanding of the value of a high standard of documentation
