Matt has spent the last decade helping multinational corporations with their agile transformation journeys. This includes two years living in Pune, India as Agile Transformation Lead for a global bank, as well as working in China, HK, Malaysia, Singapore, London, San Francisco, and New York.​

Matt is a Swiss Army knife, comfortable leading executive seminars or pair-programming inside a team. He has worked in nearly every role in a software delivery organization and understands how the parts come together. ​
