Sunny is an experienced Enterprise Consultant holding a master’s degree in computer science from the University of Essex. He has been a major contributor on software teams as a developer, coach and trainer in numerous industries including investment banking, retail banking, e-commerce and health care.

As a Certified Team Coach (CTC), Sunny can often be heard speaking at Agile Conferences across North America. In addition to Agile practices, Sunny has also led many lean initiatives to help organizations eliminate waste, resulting in increased team productivity and value delivery to customers.

Sunny loves to coach and teach both technical and business agility principles using the latest brain science research and with comprehensive understanding of methodologies, technical and people management experience, he is able to tailor his teaching to match the learning preference of his audience.
