About the course
The A-CSPO is a 2-day live training for Product Owners who already hold a CSPO and have worked the role long enough to hit its harder edges.
This is not a repeat of CSPO fundamentals. You and your cohort work through a multi-team product simulation, the kind where backlog decisions in one team create dependencies in another, and where 'the stakeholders all want it first' is the normal state, not the exception.
AI is woven into the advanced exercises, particularly around synthesizing competing stakeholder input and stress-testing a product vision before you take it to leadership.

What you need to bring
An active or expired CSPO, and 12+ months as a Product Owner.
• Current or expired CSPO (renews automatically with A-CSPO)
• 12+ months recent Product Owner experience
• Virtual sessions: set up Zoom and Mural (instructions provided)
