Lead products with clarity. Get certified.
Stop reacting to stakeholder noise and start driving decisions with confidence. The CSPO® gives product owners, business analysts, and project managers a shared language - and a seat at the table.
About the course
The CSPO® is a 2-day live training that teaches product ownership from the inside out - through a full product simulation, not slide decks.
You and your cohort will build real product artefacts together across both days, applying every concept the moment it's introduced. You'll make decisions, make mistakes, and learn from both - in a safe and engaging learning environment.
AI is built into every exercise. You'll see exactly where it accelerates PO work and where human judgment still leads.
What you’ll learn
The CSPO doesn’t just teach Scrum. It changes how you operate - with or without AI.
• Lead product vision conversations with stakeholders, not just take notes in them
• Use the five levels of planning to connect portfolio strategy to sprint execution
• Write user stories that development teams can actually build from
• Prioritize a backlog by value and risk, not by stakeholder volume
• Run sprint reviews that test assumptions, not just report progress
• Use AI to accelerate PO artefacts without losing control of product direction
What's covered
Two days. Ten skill areas. AI built into every exercise. The class runs as a simulation. Your cohort builds a real product together across both days, applying each concept immediately.
Day 1
• Scrum framework: roles, activities, artifacts
• The Product Owner role: what you own, what you don't
• Five levels of planning: portfolio to sprint
• Product vision and strategy, including AI-assisted visioning
• Long-term roadmap and release planning
Day 2
• Increment defintion from end-user problem statements
• User story writing, with AI-assisted drafting exercise
• Backlog prioritisation models and trade-off decisions
• Sprint review as a learning tool
• Product ownership across multiple teams
What you need to bring
Nothing except curiosity.
• No prior certification or Scrum experience required
• Complete the pre-course reading included in your registration email
• Virtual sessions: set up Zoom and Mural (instructions provided)
Right for you if you are…

• A Business Analyst or Product Manager moving into a PO role
• A Project Manager transitioning from Gantt charts to sprints
• An organisational leader who sponsors product teams and wants to understand the role from the inside

Learn how agile product ownership changes when augmented by AI
AI woven into every simulation exercise
Product visioning, success measures, release planning, user story generation - each exercise shows you exactly how a PO uses AI to go faster without handing off the decisions that matter.
Know where AI helps, and where it doesn't
You'll learn to distinguish decisions AI can accelerate (drafting, structuring, summarising) from decisions that require your judgment (prioritisation under constraint, stakeholder trust, strategy). Most courses don't draw that line. This one does.

Structure Your Thinking
CONTEXT: {Describe your situation in 2–3 sentences: who you are, what the project is, what the challenge is.}
TASK: {What do you need the AI to do?}
THINK THROUGH IT STEP BY STEP:
First, {STEP 1}
Then, {STEP 2}
Finally, {STEP 3}
OUTPUT: {Format, length, what to include.}
Make It Real
CONTEXT: I'm a PO on a B2B logistics platform. Two developers, one designer. My biggest client just requested a feature that would take 4 weeks. Our roadmap is committed for the quarter.
TASK: Help me decide whether to accommodate this request or push back.
THINK THROUGH IT STEP BY STEP:
First, assess the revenue risk of saying no.
Then, estimate what we'd cut to fit this in.
Finally, draft a response for whichever option you recommend.
OUTPUT: Recommendation, reasoning, and a draft client response. Under 250 words.
