About the course
The CSM® is a 2-day live training that teaches Scrum Mastery from the inside out, through a full team simulation, not slide decks.
You and your cohort build a real digital product together across both days, running every Scrum event as you learn it. You'll facilitate, you'll hit real team dynamics, and you'll practice the role in a setting designed for exactly that.
AI is built into the simulation. You'll see where it speeds up Scrum Master work, like retrospective prep and impediment tracking, and where the team still needs you in the room.
